- 16 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons ganja vegetable oil
- 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
Clean your strawberries and pad dry with a cloth carefully not to damage them.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and ganja oil, stirring occasionally until smooth. MAKE SURE NOT TO MIX IN ANY WATER INTO YOUR CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AS THIS WILL RUIN YOUR DIPPING CHOCOLATE!
On your counter top, lay out 2 sheets of parchment paper or wax paper and 2 baking cooling grates so your excess chocolate may drip through so you can save and use it again.
Holding your clean strawberries by the stem, dip the ¾ into your chocolate mix and let drip for a moment and place on your baking rack .
Let your strawberries rest for 20 minutes and then lightly snap off rack and place into little paper serving cups or your favorite serving platter.
